Report Electronically

NOTE: We now require that if you are reporting 10 or more owners, you must file your report via electronic media, i.e., Wyoming’s **NEW** FREE Online Holder Reporting site, FREE UPExchange, FREE HRS Pro System, CD, or encrypted email. ***Reminder: Update applicable reporting software in order to include Wyoming's specifications***

We do not accept reports with .zip or .exe extensions. The preferred format is .hde (Wagers software) or .txt.

Reporting 9 or less properties? We prefer you file your report electronically; however, you may file using the paper process. If you file using the paper process, click the link below.

If you are sending your annual report via electronic reporting, remember to include an executed signature page and Verification and Checklist found on our website. If using other reporting software, this form is also known as Unclaimed Property Summary Listing or Affidavit/Summary Verification Report.

Do not report in the aggregate. Roll owner detail for less than $50 accounts into the report.
