Report Electronically

PLEASE NOTE: We now require that if you are reporting 10 or more owners, you must file your report via electronic media, i.e., FREE UPExchange, FREE HRS Pro System, CD, or encrypted email. Please refer to our 2010 Checklist for additional information - http://treasurer.state.wy.us/pdf/2010reportchecklist.pdf.

We do not accept reports with .zip or .exe extensions. The preferred format is .hde (Wagers software) or .txt.

If you are reporting less than 10 owners you may file your report electronically OR you may file using the paper process. If you wish to file using the paper process, please click the link below.

If you are sending your annual report via electronic reporting, please remember to include an executed signature page and refer to the current Checklist on our website.

Do not report in the aggregate. Roll owner detail for less than $50 accounts into the report.

Reports: E-mail reports to upreports@wyo.gov

Passwords: E-mail passwords to uppasswords@wyo.gov

Include the company's name in the subject line.
